Jean Tweed Centre

As a part of the Lakeshore Lions’ continued support of the Lakeshore community’s core service organizations, the Lakeshore Lions have helped the Jean Tweed further it’s quest to help others. In partnership with Giffels and Mazza Construction and Landscaping, the Lakeshore Lions have ensured that the need for an outdoor visit & rest area will be met by facilitating the construction of a very large patio space, complete with several private rest areas for visits, discussions and reflection. There will also be canopied areas on the patio.

The Club has also acquired a security system for Jean Tweed, allowing the Centre to more closely monitor what is happening around the Centre, safeguarding those utilizing the services of the Centre. This system is of great importance to the Centre owing to the type of work they do.
